• Bringing in gifts every week for the clients to put around the house, such as flowers or decorations for the holidays
• Volunteering to do deep cleaning around the house; doing more than expected
• When working asleep overnights, gets up multiple times throughout the night to see if any of the ladies need help being adjusted or needing to use the bathroom
