• Helping out by covering extra hours if needed
• Willing to swap shifts with other staff so they may go on vacation
• Arriving on time for EVERY shift and always being reliable
• Working tirelessly with one of our clients to make sure her day is the best that it can be. The client’s face lights up the minute she sees Hoeun.

• Working at an exceptional level of dedication, especially these last two months, which required so much more
• Always willing to help the PM and APM at the Buddy House
• Adjusting her hours due to client being home full time
• Almost weekly starts early in the day and works until 10pm
• Has taken charge when another client ended up in the hospital twice in the last month. In both of these stressful times, Brittany has excelled.
